So glad for you getting away I really am.
Want to leave mine when I'm able to.

Hope you manage to find some support group or something near you. I think when I spoke to someone on the national domestic violence helpline they said I could go to peer support groups.

Am sorry you're feeling so confused, sad n angry tho I guess why on earth would'nt you. Can understand you hoping to be rid of those feelings having left.

I've been under the impression that everything's gonna be amazing when I leave.

I can relate to much that you write here.
Took me a long time to figure out what was going on too. But more than that to get past the deliberate mind games and complete denial of what he was doing.
I'm there though.
For several years there I wished to get a terminal disease. I can relate to what you say, have cried a heck of a lot too.
Been working on building myself up to begin to be able to function again.
You don't go from being that beat to functioning perfectly in a day. I think I'm making very good progress considering.
I'm proud of myself :-)

So lovely to hear you've gotten away, would love to hear how you get on too, am sure I could learn plenty off you

Make sure you are 100% sure before you leave, because there's no turning back once you do. @Bearlinda :hug:
