I Moved And Danced!

I did it and I want to share it!

I went to a concert and I moved - or rather danced! I danced!!! I had fun, I jumped, I sang with all the others! I did not feel intimidated by all the people around me - I was able to be a part or no part of the crowd, controlled it in my mind. ...but above all: I had fun!

My last concert memories were less nice. I went there, was able to enjoy only a few songs and then...I froze. I wasn't able to take part or be part. I froze, I couldn't move, I stood there and felt like everything was washing over me - so intense and scaring. ...so I was very insecure about going to the concert yesterday.

But I DID IT! AND I ENJOYED IT! ...even with the fear of Paris being in my bones. The band leader said that it's the time to celebrate, to be full of joy - to not give in to fear...and it worked! Thank you Saltatio Mortis, thank you my best friend who came with me! ...thank you for the crazy guys around us who jumped with us (and lost money in the action - my best friend told them and they could collect it again).

I'm so hyped up and full with energy. ...I know now that I can do it! :laugh:

Thank you all. ...it's already been a while. ...but the next concert is ahead. I hope I will be able to live the moment as I did on the next one end of March.
