@Nighthawk I stay at or below 1300 calories per day, that way foods I love can be part of my daily healthy food count. I stay away from "diet foods" at all costs!
My wanting attention from a friend produced me asking the question, do you respect me, and things hitting the fan so to speak. My need for attention has just injured a friendship. I should have just kept silent.
I need attention! I am flipping the f*ck out about work stress and applying to schools and my expanding family and B's dying family and having to be the breadwinner and not being able to meet with the only T it seems can help me! GAHHHHARGHHH.
I'm bringing muffins and sodas and (insert whichever food and drink you're fine with, personally) bc it sounds y'll might appreciate some physical attention to that emotional exhaustion ;)
