I Realize That I

I realize that Im going against my first diagnosis of I can never run again. The next two doctors said I totally can. I'm glad I listened to them I'm up to 5 miles and it's been 8 months since surgery!

Now that my little is awake and conscious, I do not know what to do with her. How do you parent a little? I realize that I have so much to learn.

I am way to hard on myself and need to stop beating myself up to motivate and learn self encouragement. Is that even a thing?

I realize that this time of the year used to be about me trying to leave and drunkenness, debauchery, etc. And now it is solely about inner-peace, healing, and restoration. Re-calibrating...re-calculating...
