Today I realized that my perceptions are good today and this means that perhaps it is my perceptions that cement a day in my life in cement. I need to practice having a more balanced perceptions that are often more optimistic.

I realise that I'm so hungry my stomach is rumbling, I'm salivating and yet I'm still sitting here, not eating.

I realise that I better go and eat or I have let the self neglect win.

I realise that @Anrish has said something very sad. Is there a way to get rid of this shame Anrish? Dreams are a great thing, it would be unfair to let nasty shame take them from you.

And I should stop being the puppy annoying older wolves with that nonsense too and just take pointers about not minimizing.

I realize that in order to continue improving or feeling functional I need the right environment for a workplace and that not only do I need to suit their needs, they have to accomodate some of mine.

I realize that I am lovable and a good man, I just am not sure what to do with that information......treat myself better perhaps, have a little self-compassion, and healthier view of myself?!
