I Realize That I

I realize that I leave things out, bend the rules, don't always tell the truth in order to get what I want.

Its a moral dilemma for me.

Sometimes I don't think telling the truth is the best course..... Other times I struggle with that thinking.

I realize that I'm fine even if my sleeping is kind of...crazy.

I realize that it is difficult for me right now because I have made some poor choices, but I will prevail in the end.

I realize that although I am a perfectionist, I still need to lighten up on myself.

I realize I hurt someone and I don't know if I can ever make it right. It sucks to feel this way!

I realize that I will always be a big hearted man and that I am a good man, but the world will often take advantage of my good nature if I allow it too.

I realize that I am more relaxed after my last T session.

I realize that I need clear goals or I will just get lost in my mind.

I realize that I'm capable of more than I thought.

I realize that I might be avoiding doing theraputic work on myself outside of therapy sessions. I used to do that. I would research read books and sometimes work in my PTSD workbook. I haven't done that in awhile. I think I'm avoiding it.

I realize that I tend to function because it keeps me away from feeling.

I realise that I can absolutely learn to let go. That I will always have some difficulties. But that I can let go of the fearful state I've been in for such a long time.

I realize that I need more me-time to recover.

I realize that I absorb a lot of feelings that are not mine, and also spread those feelings to others. I realize I do not have to hold on to them, I can just let them go.
