i realized that our basist can actually play bass

I am too codependent on others to put value on my self worth. I spend too much time addressing the needs of others and not my own needs. When I do make the time for my own needs...I feel guilty. I realize that has to change and that there is no shame in taking time to love myself and to care for myself :)
