I realize that my holiday finally begins. I just drove the 300 km to my best friend's place and we'll start in our holiday the day after tomorrow.

I realize that I need some time to calm down.

And I realized that I forgot to wish all of you Merry Christmas, so I do it now --> Merry Christmas!!! :hug:

I realize that there is still fear there when I go for my OT appointments. I did wonder what he thought of me and more than once, he has said to me, I won't hurt you.

I realize that feeling safe is still important to me. I realize that at times, I try to act like everything is okay when he touches me.

I realize that to get healthier, I must distance myself from some people who may have been important to me in the past.

I realize that I am letting stress get me and then get worked up over it. I will work out this stress stuff today and need to do breathing.

I realize that it makes me sad that there are some important people in my family that aren't safe for me to talk to.

I realize that I have more grieving to do as it gets closer to the anniversary of my mother's death which happened on 01-10.

It seems that as I look back and wonder how I got through that time considering the circumstances surrounding how I heard the news, etc., I can see what I am feeling is now necessary.

I realize that the emotions from the past are slowly hitting my heart so I will take it day by day as the anniversary gets closer and I will deal with it more fully like I haven't before.
