I realize that I'm still taking the blame for almost anything and that I feel unworthy and bad when I can't fit people's expectation, even if their expectations are far too much and resemble exploitation.

I also realize that my birthday will be a mess or rather...a day as any other day. No one will have time and I will spend it alone.

I realize that even though yesterday was my brother's birthday I knew that it was in my best interest not to send him a card.

I realize that this is very healing for me to just think about him on his day, but not to engage with him as he has folks that are looking after him now and that is not my job anymore.

I realize my sister has issues sometimes about the time I spend with other family members. I do not know why this is.

I realized that although I may be viewed as spending way too many hours on this forum, I am actually very happy to be socializing. I have met some very kind people who are extremely in tune with them-selves on various levels as they seek to evolve. The introspection is fierce and everyone appears to really challenge themselves.

I think for the most part...I rarely have met such an honest and warm group, that will go the distance to assist. It has been a most moving experience.:hug:'s to all.

I realize that I don't expec my sleep problems to become any better. I gave up on that one...it's less stressful than to worry all the time. Otherwise, I panic and get even more exhausted - so I just don't care anymore...

I realize that my feelings are finally hitting my heart and now I can understand why I felt so uncomfortable while dating when I was in high school, etc.

I realize that I was just too damaged by what was going on in my family of origin to know what a healthy date would feel like.

I realize that no matter what happens in my familys future, we will support and help each other out and that eventually some real good will come out of the bad.
