and I never had the guts to mention it to anyone (outside of the T & diagnosis) until I came to this board.

I realise that challenging and changing myself will take time.

At some point I realized life simply cannot be as painful as my internal dialogue... grateful for that today.

I realize that I'm having a bit more trouble with ADD and my pet cognitive distortions.

I am realizing how much I have changed in the last two years since my husband died. My life has changed for the better and I have to keep on working through things inside of me so they do not ruin my life again.

I am experiencing so many good things right now. I was in the right place at the right time for the first time in my life and it has made me so very happy.

I am not lonely living by myself, something impossible for me two years ago is a good reality for me now.

I realize that I have to really look harder for a job, mabe even two jobs. But I think it will be a good experience for me.
