Hi folks, I just wanted to mention that there is an application for Android and iPhones called iChill. It's in the Apple store and the Android market. My therapist pointed me to it and I'm downloading it for my phone right now. (It was created by the Trauma Resource Institute.)
There are exercises you can use to strengthen inner resources for calming and grounding when you're not in a triggered state, and it will help you get in touch with positive resources and techniques when you're in a difficult spot.
