Oh @Saelben, I am too much like Scarlett O'Hara, (Gone With the Wind) to do funds... my attitude is 'fiddle dee dee, I will think about that tomorrow ', so guess I will be better suited to do other work.... and don't put me on any committees.... hmm just thought of something, people who are doing well at the animal shelter could move on to the library / coffee house / and animal cuddles building to take care of the animals in a work environment. :) someone has to feed them and clean up, and make sure the comfort animals are happy.

In a small community it could function in a barter way, like, if it were rather than a town, more of a small village, and we had a wide enough set of skills to be self sustainable, we could mainly function without any of that goverment stuff and similar, but prepare for farming

How many people would live in it?

Let's assume at most a few hundred, and probably less than a hundred.

That makes for a small system that allows local and completely community based management :) And we don't even need money, bartering is compeltely fine for such a system, though for outside stuff we will probably need to use money, but that will be a specific task

I mean, as long as that involves books, a lot of hideouts, comfortable time to space out, and not actually interacting with peo-- right, it's Shimmerzville, so I could manage. ;)

Hmm, guys, I am pretty sure there are some quite cheap terrains on the balkans, far from cities and similar, where we could build a town, and with a bit of luck and isolation, we could pull it off this way
