We are going to be holding Democratic Elections next week. All interested parties please remember the need to register or your vote will not be counted,

p.s. I submit my registration.

But I also think we need to find roles for all interested parties even if they don't get elected, because a lot of people with PTSD wandering around feeling left out would not be a good thing. Can I appoint myself Role Finding Helper?

It's funny, cooking used to be one of my coping mechanisms. I used to cook at night to ground myself. For some reason that has all gone out the window.

He tells me that he tends to match his own breathing to the person he's talking to. He sometimes has to ask me to breathe so he doesn't pass out.......
