The forum front page. It seemed much easier, clearer before. Maybe it's just because it is so new. I'll adjust.

It's only a small thing (and maybe just my brain), but at the moment the lines that seperate the columns and the forums are very pale. I think it would be easier to read if the lines were more defined.

How about having mention the username? I want to confess something. Most times I like the whole posts, so I have to quote some part of it to address them. but if you mention their user name and can carry on conversation without needing to quote the post. Does this sound good?

If responding to a specific person, not necessarily the posted content, you should just use their username directly.

Also laid out clearly, if a member receives a notification for quoting whole posts. Part of the default message is . .

Quoting posts in their entirety makes reading pages extremely difficult as it duplicates content for no real purpose. Unless you're breaking content apart to respond specifically to unique aspects, then there is no reason to quote content.

There are better methods to respond to another members post, such as, you can refer to the person directly by username / name.

I'm thinking I am not getting use to the main forum page. It bugs my eyes for some reason...color of the letters, how thin they are, how confusing it all looks to me???? Not sure what it is. I'm trying!

You're talking about tagging Jaret... but how exactly is that going to relate to the specific post in a thread that you've quoted? It wouldn't... it only relates to the username directly, thus it is just a tag and useless in threads if used for quoting.

A spell and grammar check could help. Save button would be nice here to. I think it could prevent anxiety and people leaving because they do not understand or know any other way to do this.
