I'm Doing This For Me, Because I'm Worth It

I recently started to eat less too, and yes, I am over my BMI, in other words, FAT. I'm not taking this to extremes either, but I am with you and have already joined you in spirit, even though I did not know you were doing this until just now.

The thing I'm missing is my hot milk before bed :sleep:

Maybe hot skim milk?

I'm hoping to walk to the end of my park and back. It takes me a half hour.
It doesn't matter how long. You are still doing more than if you were still sat on the couch. :tup:

I'm still going to the gym for either treadmill/bike/cross trainer or aqua fit. I go minimum of four times a week. I prefer the aqua fit as I am in a class and I'm making friends which is nice.
 
I don't have a scales, usually letting the doctor tell me my weight, but I do feel as if I may have lost a pound. I will be weighed on Wednesday, thankfully.
 
Well, I have done aqua fit three times this week. I'm beginning to feel as if I belong there, everyone is friendly. The lady who leads the classes and I have even started having coffee together after the Tuesday session. I still feel a little nervous about using the gym equipment, but I just do my own thing.
