All you need to do is flip your full length mirrors around and have bubble baths! So therapeutic. whenever I feel bad about my self image, I paint my nails a bright color. And the internal stuff comes with time..but who am I to give advice? I still have yet to talk about my past with anyone. I know once I start it'll be a process of getting better..just can't bring myself to do it. Time to concentrate on my issues and accept everyone.
