I'm sorry you are feeling so bad, really I am.
However, suicidal posting draws members who are already suffering depression and suicidal ideation into your vortex in an attempt to save you. Indirectly, a suicidal person will drag another depressed person further downwards and towards suicide. This is why its not allowed upon My Sexual Abuse.
You may discuss suicidal ideation, which is perfectly normal and a healthy aspect of PTSD. The distinctive difference between suicidal ideation and suicidal intent is:
- Suicidal ideation is clearly stated by being thoughts, ie. I want to drive into every power pole I pass when driving, but I have no intention of doing it.
- Suicidal intent is clearly defined as you have plans and are going to execute that plan, ie. Well, I have said my goodbyes, paid my bills, made my plans to die, I am off to kill myself.
Even though the second may be a scream for help, it’s a vortex to drag already depressed persons with you.
If you’re suicidal you need to contact local emergency departments and your countries suicide help line (or equivalent) to seek help.
My Sexual Abuse cannot support suicidal persons on its areas.
Please seek real life help. You need to be checked out by a doctor after your attempt, so please go to the emergency department either by car, bus or ambulance. Not only will they check you out physically, but they will be able to offer you psychological help and support which you clearly need. The forum cannot give you the right sort of support right now.
