I myself think the big debate is Big Pharma and lobbyists.

I wonder though. How will companies respond to this that random drug test? If you have a prescription and get tested hot. Can they fire you?

From what I know at least in my state it's completely up to the company if they will accept it or not.

Other than that anything to do with government will still have a zero tolerance on it regardless of the state law allowing smoking.

That is what we get into here. Closer you get to Colorado, the more Nazi like these mouthbreathing flatlanders become. This side of the state, VA in particular are getting pretty lax about it. Many employers dont even test for pot anymore. They are still worried about cocaine, which is super rare in these parts. LMAO.
