Have you thought of taking the course for no grade and then retaking it for credit? Because so much of higher mathematics are based upon cumulative skills and you were not able to complete these in high school, this might be a less stressful alternative.

Have you been to your school's disability resource center? You may be entitled to accommodations (extra time on tests, smaller proctored environment, etc.). PTSD is almost always a disability requiring the school to make reasonable accommodations.
