It is along read. Good info. Thanks.

I do wish more studies would focus on causation of PTSD among service members. identifying risk factors that exist in the life of the service member prior to service might help to identify at risk people prior to their exposure to the stresses of combat. I think abused children should not be allowed to go into combat. They are at a much higher risk for PTSD in my opinion. It would disqualify a lot of service members from combat roles but it would reduce the risk of PTSD and the claims that come with it.

Good food for thought Jimmy.

That could actually acquaint to a huge loss of man power, depending on what they class as abuse.

It took me neearly 4 years to feel like a good Dad, lots of leaving the room due to anger etc. Kids will pick up anything.

Just during the early ptsd years I Left the room and found the pubs, bars and local ladies for three days a time. Probably better off out than home anyway.
