712 xx: Thank you so much! You give really wonderful advice and that's exactly what I need to do--focusing on the good days and trying to keep them with me. That was also what my therapist told me to do, even when I was in the worst state, so I was trying to take in as much happiness as possible during the day so I could remember those at night when I had flashbacks, etc. Now I might just turn that into a long-term practice. I really hope you find your way, and yes I'm sure we would all love to know that!
