I can so relate to what you have shared and I think you are incredibly brave and courageous. I had to move to another city to get away from the toxic people and gossip which was rampant.
I also understand that it is almost impossible for you to move away at this time in your life.
It was hard to move so far away and start over, but at least I was trigger free and also free from my family at long last.
I hope you are able to get stable enough to make the best choices for yourself as soon as possible. I hear you and I completely understand how you are feeling. Been there, done that. I am wishing you the very best escape from all of it. Hang in there.
