A good therapist will help you challenge yourself and figure stuff out. You probably want to avoid classic psychotherapy, and Gestalt therapy. But getting therapy for trauma is pretty much all about processing. What did the doctor who gave you your PTSD diagnosis suggest? (How one proceeds can depend on the exact nature of the trauma that caused it).Talking to someone who agrees with me on everything is no more helpful than talking to someone who disagrees with me. I wouldn't mind a support group for processing
