Hi, Tiger! I may be starting EMDR soon, and since you've been at it for about a month I was wondering if you could share your experience thus far? I am absolutely terrified, but like you, I know this is something I need to do for myself. Any advice/personal experience (good or bad) would be appreciated. Thank you so much, and I hope you're doing well!
