I've Joined An Art Group!

At art group last Thursday the chap who runs it asked me something in private. Now he knows I have PTSD and his Son also has it so he is very understanding. He seemed a bit embarrassed when he said:

'Someone at the Christmas meal said you had one one you (a mood) because you didn't think you were allowed to come to the Christmas meal, is that true?'

Well, I fell about laughing and he didn't know where to put himself. I said I had been asked but made it clear to anyone that asked me if I was coming that due to the PTSD I find public meals a nightmare but thanks for asking!

Fortunately the old lady opposite backed me up and said she'd heard me say that on numerous occasions and whoever said it had misjudged me. Poor chap was so embarrassed and he's such a lovely man. I told him it was OK, there was bound to be someone who got the wrong end of the stick, probably someone who never bothered asking me in the first place!

Anyway, for anyone wanting to see some more of my work (a bit ameturish) I have posted pics in the 'Get Your Art On thread.'

That's okay, I was checking my spelling(which was incorrect) and it corrected both of ours! :laugh:
