I've Spent All Day Sunday On PTSD Forum!

Yep! I look at the time, and realize I've spent all day on this forum. :eek:
My husband had to go help a friend all day (had to be today, not yesterday when I HAD something else to do--GRRRRRRRRR!!)

I did vacuuming, came back here, then took another break to throw in laundry, and take it out, but it is still waiting to be put away.

But, I feel like I get some help here, knowing that all PTSD sufferers go through dark days.

I'm going to have to set a timer, I suppose!

Anyway, good thoughts to you all! And hope your week goes well!

Hi S,

I have had days like this! When I am lost to myself, I find myself in others on the forum. I read their posts and recognize aspects of me and that is comforting and validating. It is connection and distraction and focus and entertainment all in one and I am glad I have that here in a safe place among friends.

Ha ha. I've done that too. I love this forum. There is certainly enough here to keep someone occupied for a whole day!
