Sufferer Journey Ups & Downs - Does anyone else have this experience and if so how do you handle it?

Today I reallized I had said no, without hesitation , to staying up late for someone else who didn’t need me too. It’s a small step in setting boundaries but I’m going in the right direction. I just came out and said no I go to bed at 10pm and didn’t think twice. This person always tries to control me in one way or another. They actually tried to control my exploration of a religious philosophy too because they have been doing it a long time
.I just ignored their behaviour about that and chose not to give them any other opportunity to do it.

I think the person is actually helping me to put boundaries in place.
 
I’ve noticed today when I’m researching job roles for the future when I return back to work, I’m getting a burning sensation around my head, I don’t know if it is stress or not but it’s quite concerning. Maybe it’s just that I’m not ready to be taking on any responsibilities.

Maybe I just need to build up my work tolerance by researching things or “ working” for a short amount of time
