Just for today I will call my sister back without apprehension. I actually did this early this morning and I think we talked for three hours. I did have to hold my breath before I called her because of the slight anxiety at the idea of physically talking to someone. I hate that. But I did well. :)

Just for today, I will move out of my comfort zone.

Just for today, I will reach out to others.

Just for today, I will treat myself gently; with love and with respect.
