I'm so sorry. Difficult nights can be haunting, I've been there, but please just know that you are not the only one. Your trauma may be specific to you, but the feelings are not. You're gonna wake up tomorrow morning and the night will be over.

Aye! we all get days like that, I find it really difficult to control my moods and emotions, and get very sad at times.

Well. I am back on sertraline, lorazepam and zopiclone and naproxen 500m TDS for spinal pain. Feeling much better my pain is under relative control and am concentrating on clearing my elderly mothers rear garden jungle...... And trust me that will keep me occupied for some time to come :)

Well five hours of gardening has been one of the best stress relievers ever, wielding a machete, snippets and jab-saw really let so much emotion out.
