Any ideas? Pretty much I am in a low period from this week and it's highly related to holiday memories. I do also have highly important deadlines for work. I have noticed it's harder to function every day. I knew I needed to get at least the most I can out of work, so I've been doing that in mini-tasks,, but everything else is slowly falling behind for the time being. Finding energy to clean or socialize etc... I sleep a lot more. Things haven't gotten off the rails yet, but I don't like having such a period and then once I am better dealing with catching up to physical mess and a huuuuge todo list. But working while in this state leaves me exhausted and it feels like there won't be much change before new year.
Any ideas on how to move through more daily tasks, while hypervigilant and exhausted? Not sure if all this made any sense...
