Any suggestions, not up for meds at the VA, but dont know how to fix my self. Too much in limbo, a little insite would be cool thanks guys V/R SW1

Welcome Brian,

It sounds like you have a lot going on. This site is full of information and has an area for Combat PTSD you might be interested in. I'm sorry about your divorce, that can be complex and complicated.I'm glad you found this site.

Hi Wing,

Welcome to the PTSD Forum. Sounds like you have a lot of stressors right now and that definitely can exacerbate PTSD symptoms. I wasn't sure if you had been diagnosed with PTSD or it was your ex, but there are areas here for both the sufferer and the supporter. Also, if your PTSD is combat related, there is a sister Forum, [DLMURL]http://combat.ptsdforum.org/[/DLMURL].

I hope you find the information and support here beneficial.

Debbie
