I almost grew up with this song many artists have performed it But the version I like best is that of Audrey Hepburn Singing it here in a clip from Breakfast at Tiffany's This film never fails to make me cry- I have included this as my link of choice because I dont think she should ever be forgotten I know she wasnt a singer (theydubbed her singing in the film My Fair Lady) but this song is a classic and she sings it beautifully here

I know I could have chosen Frank Sinatra or even Andy Williams I grew up listening to both these men also I remember the bear too- but the film Breakfast At Tiffany's cannot in my opinion ever be beaten- I almost named my cat after Fred but went for Steve in stead after Steve McQueen

I am no Holly Go-Lightly either-never beento Hollywood excerpt through the movies and songs I used to escape to (my brother went a couple of years back with Vodaphone and got to see "24" being made on set!!) but this film in some way does something gentler than other lyrics I wanted to post today I hope it is alright to post this I know i must seem terribly girly & sentiMental right now, I'm not this song might resonate within some but also it helps me escape the people in mypast here and through stirring lyrics also I wanted to share this with you all here on this forum
