What have been a happy horror escapism afternoon turned into a major trigger. They need to put it on the jacket if a movie is about hypnosis (ptsd, I hate you so much).

Been immersed in some shows on Gaia - Limitless with Ben Stewart: Placebos and the Powers of Belief, Inspirations with Lisa Garr: Co-Creating Change with Barbra Marx Hubbard, Rewired with Dr. Joe Dispenza: Changing Your Brainwaves, Flouride: A Friend That Wants To Harm You, and Transcendence: Overcoming Fear and Stress.

John Adams. I am a fan of history portrayed in a way that includes actual facts and keeps poetic license in check enough to let me believe the story based on what I have read and known without forcing me to doubt anything new that was revealed.

Then I watched Snowden written by Oliver Stone just to remind myself that hollywood has no sworn oath to truth and honestly portrayed events.
