I wake up around 8 am. but can't get on with my daily routines. I take bath very late,too. Sometimes I take bath in afternoon. It has been from last year. Even if I wake up early and take bath after it, I would feel uncomfortable for whole day or would catch cold.
Am I being too hard on myself?
Sometimes I can't wake up early, I feel like I need more sleep. Like 9-10 hours. Peaceful sleep I want.
Is this because of very much stressed in my mind?
