Yesterday did another 30 minutes, this time I did 1.75 miles (still trying to edge in and find my stride). A bit sore today in my shorter leg but the ankles are okay so far.
Found a pilates class, M-W-F evenings... that my lunch friend attends, gonna go check it out tomorrow night - that way I can have a friend in class. Sort of the buddy system.
