ahh sorry I tend to write when things get stressed. I guess I am a carer.. but not directly? The person that needs help won't have anything to do with me.. seeing as I am by accedent a part of some of her issues. I do know she needs to deal with me and the situation but so far refuses to.. and any direct confrontation is dangerous at this point. Her whole family is trying to help in any way they can.. before things get so far there will be nothing we can do.

news!! I mentioned about how this person I am trying to help and understand went to the hospital the other night.. and went on a rampage after.. driving around to all our places ranting and yelling her head off. Well.. she admited today that she doesn't remember any of that day.. she must have had a blackout sort of thing. Now when her husband told me this.. he sounded like he was sceptical.. and I imediatly replyed--but stuff like that IS common for PTSD! then went on to explain how when things get overwhelming the mind sort of shuts down like.
It made me think about if this sort of stuff has been going on off and on for awile and everyone has been treating it as if she is using it as an excuse.. or no one "even her" is aware she is having blackouts. When others see her having fits.. they assume this is "her" and she doesn't remember and really has no idea why they are upset with her. I am so very glad I came here if I can at least point out things like this to everyone and at least pass on information with those around her.
She is also doing more and more to seek help and try and work through this... So today was a MUCH more hopefull day that things are actually on the right track for everyone involved!
