Ok, Anni pulled me back in. I am constantly working on replacing those negatives with positives, just look at my second positive in the original post!

You realise that I inadvertantly get to list eight positives plus the ones that Bloom in winter gifted me with now. I am monopolizing the self positive confirmation here, so how about I start by just thanking everyone for the help they have offered me and the steps I have made because of it. This Forum is my favorite thing about being diagnosed with PTSD, by far. (ALL of the rest of it SUCKS!)

unforgiving needs to be: Learning to be more tolerant and understanding
damaged but shouldn't be is pretty quickly becoming just damaged without the added self blame for it
low self esteem and high self criticism needs to be: trying really hard to learn to get past the bad stuff
and quick to anger is going to be: learning to accept the things I cannot change and finding positive ways to affect the things I can.
