Very nice, Saelben!

I managed kickboxing classes on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday last week! I had two bad incidents from accidents (one very crowded class in the room that mimics where my assault happened, and the other when a guy was using way too much room and backed into my back), both of which caused momentary panic which I managed to control thanks to my awesome instructor and partners who are "in the know" and quick to make sure I'm okay. I'm starting to psych myself up for tomorrow but it might be a really big ask right now...
 
Absolutely @Anrish it totally counts - even tapping your foot in 30c weather counts! My krav gym just has a floor fan - no ac - I have never been as soaked through as I have been the last few workouts.

We are experiencing the typical snowing one week and 34c weather the next!

Mostly Krav and running - doing some great kettle bell workouts as well and since it's so hot here I splurged $5 on a box of chalk to keep my hands from slipping off the bells. The chalk and facing the walls when I swing will help me avoid injuring anyone lol.
