28th August: 45 min run and 30 min Yoga Nidra
29th August: 30 min Yoga Nidra
30th August: 55 min run
31st August: 30 min Yoga Nidra
1st September: 90 min Badminton, 30 min Yoga Nidra
2nd September: 30 min Yoga Nidra
3rd September: 55 min run inlcuding ORC training
 
Last week or so: ran a couple miles a day plus weight training, ran a nighttime 5k race w/concert at the US military base down south with friends, hiked 8 miles in a gorgeous ravine in Yamanashi prefecture yesterday...wish I could share a picture with you guys; the waterfalls were so beautiful.

Today: Netflix marathon :sleep:
