Happy to report balance in my exercise the past couple of days. Though it may seem a setback, the balance I mention is not pushing myself to do more while in a lot of pain. The weather and my disorder can make me ache all over. So I stayed to my regular 5 minute walks and only three each day for two days. BUT, this morning was on task with a brisk walk for ten minutes!! followed by mild stretch and juicing. Truly appreciate all the posts. Thinking about getting a step counter some day :cool:
