Happy to report balance in my exercise the past couple of days. Though it may seem a setback, the balance I mention is not pushing myself to do more while in a lot of pain. The weather and my disorder can make me ache all over. So I stayed to my regular 5 minute walks and only three each day for two days. BUT, this morning was on task with a brisk walk for ten minutes!! followed by mild stretch and juicing. Truly appreciate all the posts. Thinking about getting a step counter some day :cool:
 
5K race here this morning - hard to estimate how many people were there but it was nice to see people of all ages coming out. I was a bit slow at the half but picked it up so that I achieved a personal best negative split (when the second half of your race time is faster than the first half).

Krav Maga later this evening.

Going to check out Feldenkrais later this week too.
