Another 4 miles! The next week is going to be quite ~lovely~ in terms of getting exercise. We're going to barely hit freezing all week long and some days are going to be well below freezing. Maybe I can shiver off a few more calories that way, LOL. (I do all my walking outside.) I think its safe to say that I'm going to wait a bit longer to start up my running program. Although, today I did run a bit as it seemed like it was going to storm as the front rolled in. It was very warm today, and now we've been hit with a cold front. I still think I like exercising better when its cold though, even though I do get chilled and it takes awhile to get the chill off.
