Exercise today was walking with forearm crutches. It is hard to do as my joints sublex and dislocate and I sweat like a horse and have to take lots of breaks. lol. Sometimes I really do miss walking like a human being instead of a zombie, but hey I'm so slow I get to have lots of conversations on the way! Though sometimes I do want to lurch toward people shouting "Brrrrrraaaains!" o.O hehe... Tomorrow hopefully 30 minutes of kundalini yoga, at least that is the goal.
 
@Glitterkitty: Running feels like your whole body is moving without any force. You just run and let your mind wander. You feel light, you feel the movement of your muscles, you feel the stones under your shoes, the air...it's hard to describe, but I feel really alive when I run. It's like meditating for me.

I went running for 40 min today (-2°C...) and I tidied up the complete storage room of my department - so, lifting heavy boxes for more than three hours. :wtf::hungover:
