Rest day for me yesterday. Today planning a 10k in between some other projects. Still about -15 here outside but it's supposed to be going up to a balmy -6 later today so I might even get a quick skate in too!
 
I did 3 miles today, and I even ran (jog-ish) for 1.4 miles without stopping! That's the second longest time I've run without stopping. Then, even though my shoulder is hurting from the tetanus shot, I worked with these machine-thingies that used different muscles. And I leg pressed 3 sets of 10 of 160 pounds (which is a lot for me).

I'm so glad this thread is here! Makes me feel good to post things in here, and to see what others are doing, and to feel encouraged just by others working hard too. I'm proud of us!
 
Yesterday: weight training...

Today: First ride on my new bycicle (have it since November but could never go because of the bad weather)....only 25 minutes but my first time with bike shoes.
