30 min. yoga, then a freaking killer ab workout this morning! I can feel the muscles changing in my abs, but they are sadly still covered by a layer of fat. *sniff* Aw well, we all start somewhere I guess. *shrug* Tomorrow...weight training (upper body, chest, back) and SWIMMING! *mermaid life* ;)
 
One hour of hot yoga today with the owner of the place doing the leading. She is intense! She has us hold the most difficult poses and zooms through the other easier ones! My arms and quads are killing me. Water, water, water. My greatest fear in there is that I'm going to fall over. Which is a real possibility! Only once did I have light headedness. It seems that is going away.
