Yesterday: 45 minutes hatha yoga in the morning, strange 5 mile run after work. About a mile from my house a crazy guy (not uncommon in my neighborhood, but usually keep to them selves) yelled in my face. I just ignored him and ran past, but he yelled after me. It took a minute for what happened to sink in, then I felt really angry. I was having such a good run! An this asshole just yells at me without thinking of how that will make me feel! f*ck him! But I was able to channel my anger into running faster which felt good. Then I got home and found that my husband had locked me. I used a neighbors phone to call him, then had to wait outside in the cold for 20 minutes. Ugh.

Today: Did 40 minutes of yoga nidra for the first time. It's crazy! Will probably run 5 miles after work.
 
wussing out a bit lately solidifying / having quit smoking 5 days ago now. Insomnia and headaches as well as sore throat and cough. But working it out, hoping in sleep aid to correct circadian rhythm / sleep pattern, yet to see it manifest but hopeful. Headache finally lessening but just waiting to feel a new sense of normal. Still maintaining 3 workouts per week, my hope to rev it up to daily incorporating some cardio, yoga and such- that 3+ hour may have contributed to the headaches- watching electrolyte replacement and water now. Jeez- I feel stupid having to relearn all this. Seems that's how life is though, you do not use a certain set of skills for a time and you forget it. Some self education on pressure points to assist in pain management, etc.
 
Man, was just going to edit the last post - but got in an hour workout. Have to tweek my schedule as out of the house 2-3 days per week and the children here do make it more difficult to get in a good workout. But they are beginning to get into the idea and participate in a workout. Guess that's cool. :)
 
I was swimming in the harbour, when my partner started to mime various shark activities - it is hard to swim around a harbour when you are cracking up laughing. My partner is so supportive of me and my exercise practices - but not always actually helpful. Ah well you get that. No swimming today as it is pouring down rain. Gentle stretching and child pose in yoga.
 
Little over an hour weights. Feels great. Smoke free a week today :D .. goal this week to incorporate more workouts maybe some yoga, aerobics, or cardio on off days from weights. Fingers crossed pain management, occasional bouts low blood pressure, (I previously used cigs to elevate it) and learning to balance the electrolytes I think may be key. Going well over all. and learning a ton.
