wussing out a bit lately solidifying / having quit smoking 5 days ago now. Insomnia and headaches as well as sore throat and cough. But working it out, hoping in sleep aid to correct circadian rhythm / sleep pattern, yet to see it manifest but hopeful. Headache finally lessening but just waiting to feel a new sense of normal. Still maintaining 3 workouts per week, my hope to rev it up to daily incorporating some cardio, yoga and such- that 3+ hour may have contributed to the headaches- watching electrolyte replacement and water now. Jeez- I feel stupid having to relearn all this. Seems that's how life is though, you do not use a certain set of skills for a time and you forget it. Some self education on pressure points to assist in pain management, etc.
