Got a new bicycle! (again, since the last one got stolen.. again.) I'm using it as my standard means of transportation to anywhere within about 10 miles from my home, like a true Dutchie.
So:
Thursday: 1 hour 10 minutes bike ride + 15 minute walk
Friday: 1 hour bike ride
Saturday: no exercise, stayed at home
Sunday: 1 hour bike ride
Monday: 1 hour bike ride
Today: 45 minute bike ride
Gotta say, I'm loving it so far :)
