A long walk through botanical garden and all over the city with a friend :)

Yesterday I tried to hike to a waterfall but couldn't do the incline. I'll try again in a few weeks.

Today 15 min c25k still day 1 but .7 miles today - up from .4 when I started.

1 3/4 hour run (too slow for that course but I wasn't in a very good condition...so it's okay)

1/2 hour Yoga Nidra

Forget push ups, I do curl ups

Curl up into a ball and cry

2 miles for the bon tone, after which I decided running with pneumonia probably isn't in my best interest, not even if it sidelines panic attacks about lost freedom & whatever else is it stalking inspired this time.

20 km cycling, 15 mins chest press & 20 mins in the steam room.

Walking to the corner shop and back, is just about all I can manage these days?

I managed to do exercise in car :)

Three miles walk in the hope it'll improve my mood. It didn't. So rolling side to side and sleeping on the day's schedule.
