Supporter Looking For Others To Understand

Hey all-
I am here because I'm looking for a place to chat with others who are going through a similar situation. In a relationship with a man I adore but so desperately want to understand. I am working hard to learn more about PTSD everyday.

Welcome to the forum.

Come down to the supporters area, where you will be made very welcome. You will be able to ask as many questions as you like, and pour your heart out too if you need to.

Read the sticky notes you will find at the top of some sections. There is loads of useful info to get you started in them.

Welcome! I have found wonderful people and lots of support here. The people here really care and will tell you the truth. It's the only support I have found for PTSD and I am grateful for it.

I just want to say that your lover is very lucky to have someone so understanding and wants to learn more about what affects them. A lot of information though is more based on the root cause of PTSD though.
