Other Managing PTSD within current political climate

I signed up for some of the weekly newsletters from the major media sources I trust. So I now get a few emailed newsletters a few times a week that summarize the news. It helps me feel informed but not so bogged down by the noise of the daily news cycle.
I also do this. And when things get to be too much, I limit myself to one thing a day. That has helped some.

News is just so hard nowadays. I don't watch / pay any attention to legacy media. All of them are biased. Ground news is great, but mainly I go to independent sources, small outlets trying to be non-biased as possible, giving both sides of each issue.

I like to read Democracy Now headlines. Idk what is legacy and ground but they seem really neutral. AP too—they have footage they share with no talking, so you can just see events and hear speakers without commentary.

AP are legacy media. For the US, legacy is NBC, CNN, CNBC, FOX, etc. They're all legacy media. These outlets are on a serious decline in ratings because they are bought stories, not journalism. Ground News is an online site which shows bias, left, right, center, so you can get centered news about an issue that highlights any political leaning on both sides / neutrally.
